2. Visual Inspection: Conduct a thorough visual assessment of the vehicle’s body, frame, and undercarriage for any signs of damage, rust, or wear.

3. Brake System Assessment: Inspect the brake pads, discs, and lines for wear and functionality, ensuring the braking system operates effectively.

4. Suspension and Steering Evaluation: Check the suspension components and steering system for wear or defects that could affect vehicle handling and safety.

5. Tire Condition and Pressure Check: Assess the tires for tread depth, damage, and proper inflation to ensure optimal performance and safety.

6. Lighting System Test: Verify that all lights, indicators, and brake lights function correctly to enhance visibility and communication with other road users.

7. Emissions Test: Conduct emissions testing to ensure the vehicle meets environmental standards, contributing to reduced pollution levels.

8. Fluid Level Check: Inspect engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, and other vital fluids for levels and quality to ensure the vehicle operates efficiently.

9. Electrical System Evaluation: Check the vehicle’s electrical components, including the battery and wiring, for proper functionality.

10. Final Report Generation: Compile a detailed inspection report outlining the findings, necessary repairs, and compliance status, providing clear guidance for the vehicle owner.

VOLUNTARY VEHICLE REVIEW 

ü We also perform a detailed vehicle review for customers. Our customers and the general public must know the condition of their vehicles at all times not necessarily when the vehicle is due for roadworthiness checks only. Voluntary Vehicle Review (VVR) aids in identifying faults & defects with your vehicle and take swift measures to service them to prevent any fatal accidents on our roads.

INSPECTION REPORTS & CERTIFICATION 

ü The inspection reports come out as Pass (safe to drive) and Fail (hazardous to drive). Should a vehicle fail during inspection, it has 14 working days to fix defects identified and return for a retest.
